01. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee for new subscriptions, provided that:
Timing Requirement
Request is made within 48 hours of the initial purchase.
Usage Limit
You have used less than 10% of your subscription credits (or 20 credits, whichever is lower) during this period.
02. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Credit PacksOne-time purchases of extra credits are final sale.
- Renewal ChargesIf you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we cannot offer a refund for that month.
- Policy ViolationsAccounts terminated for violating our Terms (e.g., generating illegal content) are not eligible for refunds.
03. AI Output Quality
AI generation is probabilistic. We do not refund credits or subscriptions based on subjective dissatisfaction with the AI's artistic style or minor glitches.
Exception: If a system error causes the generation to fail completely (i.e., no video is produced but credits were deducted), those credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance.
04. Dispute Policy

Please contact our support team first if you have any billing issues. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without prior communication is considered a breach of terms and will result in immediate account suspension, effectively barring access to future generations.
